Brew days

Brew days


 These take place at the Chapel on every third Wednesday in the month. They provide a great opportunity for villagers of all ages to meet up informally, have a coffee and cake and hear a talk or performance by experts and artists. There will be a Bring and Buy Stall and a Fair Trade Stall on some occasions.

Every 3rd Wednesday in the month

Morning Coffee:   10am – 12 noon   Tea & Cake:   1.30pm – 3pm

Planned Programme starts at 2pm.     No Charge unless stated.

             with Denise Gee of the East Lancashire Hospital Trust Charity

May           16th   ‘James Hargreaves–Spin Doctor’ with Richard Hooper.

June         20th   ‘Archery’ with Barbara Fielding – Field Archery World Champion.

July           18th     ‘Digital Art’ –   with Richard Hooper.          

August       15th   ‘ The Staff of Life’ with David Tomlinson from Warburtons.

 Dec.           19th     Lunch in the Pub 12md – CAROLS in the Chapel 2pm.
